Five years on since his landmark report brought modern methods of construction to real estate’s mainstream, Farmer says he hopes to see its influence extend beyond residential and into infrastructure and commercial real estate.
MMC also has a big role to play in meeting sustainability challenges, says Farmer, who expects more international players follow moves by the likes of Japan’s Sekisui House into the UK market.
