A big first day at CREtech NYC as thousands from around the globe made their way to Pier 36 on the Hudson River to talk tech, climate, investment and the big issues facing the industry.
In this special podcast, recorded live from the show, EG editor Samantha McClary shares insights from CREtech chief executive Michael Beckerman as he kicks off proceedings and some big thoughts on the market and the importance of diversity from Hines’ Laura Hines-Pierce and BentallGreenOak’s Sonny Kalsi.
