The connectivity score of a building could soon become what defines its success in terms of securing occupiers, and therefore investors.
Property and connectivity experts discussed more about why developers should treat connectivity with urgency, how to factor connectivity in at the start of a building project, and the implications of ignoring workers' number one need.
