The economist Vicky Pryce has said a Brexit will cause an "uncertainty premium" around foreign investment decisions.
The UK would be less attractive to overseas investors in the case of a leave vote in the EU referendum because it would no longer be a gateway to Europe, she added.
She was speaking to Estates Gazette at a referendum event hosted by Helix Property on June 7.
