“We feel with all this uncertainty the premium we need for the risk is obviously impacting on pricing. This is short term instability caused because of Brexit and the political make up. We are very positive about the long term future there are some fundamental aspects of UK real estate that are here to stay.”

Lloyds Banking Group chief executive Antonio Horta-Osorio opened the second day of MIPIM UK with a keynote on the UK's position in the new world order.
For every 1% of trade the UK loses with the EU as a result of Brexit, it will need to trade 9% more with China just to maintain economic stability, he said.
