Is the simple premise of a new report into proptech from professor Andrew Baum of the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. The 94-page report, based on interviews with more than 50 real estate professionals, entrepreneurs and capital providers, focuses on three main areas of proptech – smart buildings, the sharing economy and real estate fintech.
Here, professor Baum discusses the findings of the report, what proptech will endure, what will fizzle out and what will just become part of our day-to-day.
