Battersea Power Station Development Company has launched the retail and leisure element of its development which will eventually host 100 shops and more than 40 restaurants.
The Power Station is due to reopen in 2020 and will include 700,000 sq ft of retail and 225,000 sq ft of F&B space as well as a 35,000 sq ft food hall.
Helen Carr, leising director F&B and Sam Cotton, leasing director of retail explain the vision for the development.

More than 400 industrial and logistics developers, investors and advisers attended this year’s Shedmasters event at MIPIM.
With the market going from strength to strength – driven by a significant uptick to continued activity by online retailers - they were in buoyant mood. Figures from Savills released ahead of the event showed that take-up in the UK warehouse market (units of 100,000 sq ft +) is set to reach 13.1m sq ft in Q1 2018, the highest on record and 115% above the long-term average of 6.1m sq ft.
EG caught up with Savills director Graham Brown, Prologis global customer solutions vice president Nigel Rowe, Gazeley managing director Alex Verbeek and Verdion founder Mike Hughes.
