Litigating from home: How remote court hearings work in practice

Karen Mitchell, senior associate at Eversheds Sutherland, shares her experiences from the very first remote hearing at the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber), discussing the advantages of having the case heard over Skype - and some of the drawbacks.
